World Council
This group is composed of prominent engineers in the world of chemical engineering and leading industrialists of chemical and related industries. These personalities serve as spokespeople for the WCEC. They influence crucially the scientific structure of the World Congress of Chemical Engineering.

Corresponding Societies
Every bona-fide chemical engineering society in the world who is interested in the work of the WCEC, and who is committed to its mission and goals, can join the network of corresponding members. Corresponding societies are required to nominate liaison persons to ensure reliable communicate with the WCEC.
Secretariat
DECHEMA e.V.
in Frankfurt, Germany, has agreed to run the secretariat of the WCEC.
